**Was erwartet dich?**
- Im Rahmen deiner Tätigkeit unterstützt du das Center of Competence beim Process Mining für die Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Entwicklungsprozessen.
- Du arbeitest mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zur Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen zusammen.
- Darüber hinaus wirkst du bei der Datenanalyse, Visualisierung und Erstellung von datenbasierten Berichten mit.
- Durch die Arbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team erhältst du Einblicke in die BMW-Fahrzeugentwicklung und trägst gemeinsam mit uns zur Lösung spannender Aufgaben und Probleme bei.
- Dabei hast du die Möglichkeit, eigene Ideen einzubringen, Erfahrung in den Prozessen der Fahrzeugentwicklung zu sammeln und zukünftige Fahrzeugprojekte kennenzulernen.
**Was bringst du mit?**
- Studium im Bereich Data Science, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
- Hohes Interesse an Prozessen der Produktentstehung bzw. erste Erfahrungen in Process Mining von Vorteil.
- Grundlagenkenntnisse in Data Analytics und der Programmierung (z. B. Python, SQL).
- Kenntnisse über Visualisierungstools wie Quicksight oder Power BI wünschenswert.
- Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Eine proaktive Arbeitsweise, Engagement und die Motivation, sich ständig weiterzuentwickeln und in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten.
