Hi all

We're calling for the newest member of the PlayStation family. The company is developing AAA action shooter mobile games. They have a high-quality bar and a very player-centric development process.

What's great about it? Since it's a young company, you're going to be an early employee with an active role in shaping the game and studio culture. You will work closely with game designers and programmers in a rapidly growing international team.

**As a Senior UI/UX designer**, you will bring the user experience of the first title to the next level. Third-person action games on touchscreen devices can sometimes feel overwhelming, so we expect you to develop ideas to decrease the perceived complexity.

From time to time you’ll be expected to work directly in the engine implementing the solutions you’ve designed. Don’t worry if working directly in the engine is not your strong suit, your colleagues will be there to help you.
The company will give you ownership in your field and support to execute to your best abilities.

**Tasks**:

- Create UX flows and mockups based on feature designs
- Implement UX flows and UI functionality working directly in the engine
- Create assets in Illustrator and Photoshop based on a style guide for the game
- Work very closely with the design and art team

**Must-have**:

- Excellent understanding of UX and interface design in games
- 3+ years of experience working in a gaming studio
- Good understanding and hands-on experience of Unreal, Unity, or similar game engine
- Able to understand technical implementations, limitations, and scalability

**Nice-to-have**:

- Experience in creating game UI/UX for mobile devices
- Confident understanding of typography and basic colour theory
