As a result of the company's growth, my client is currently searching for a sales representative to join their team. My client is a Family owned business with over 20 years of experience in the rubber and plastics processing industry that sells a wide range of synthetic rubbers, special polymers and advanced fillers and additives that meet the high-quality standards of the market.

**Your tasks**:

- Advising our customers on technical and commercial concerns, including offer preparation and follow-up
- Project acquisition and business expansion with existing customers
- Sales and profit target planning, implementation, and monitoring
- Market monitoring, strategy creation, and implementation
- Active travel throughout Germany

**Your resume**:

- Commercial training completed - Proven professional experience in sales and the rubber and plastics processing industries preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Excellent mastery of written and spoken English, as well as standard Microsoft Office apps
