- Du wirst während des gesamten Graduate Programms durch einen Business Mentor begleitet
- Du hospitierst eine Woche bei einem Versicherer und lernst dort die Sichtweise unseres strategischen Partners besser kennen
- Es finden standortübergreifende Netzwerk-Veranstaltungen mit anderen Trainees statt
- Dein Graduate Programm bietet Dir ein inspirierendes und motivierendes Arbeitsumfeld und den perfekten Start in Deine Karriere
**Das erwartet Dich bei Marsh**:

- und Beratungsdienstleistungen. Wir helfen Unternehmen Details ihres Versicherungsschutzes, regulatorische Veränderungen und Risikotrends zu verstehen. Durch Nutzung spezieller Daten, Technologien und Analysen unterstützen wir dabei die Gesamtrisikokosten unserer Kunden zu senken. Gemeinsam arbeiten wir an der Platzierung der Risiken am Versicherungsmarkt und bieten Lösungen bei der Risikominderung. Dich erwartet ein Graduate Programm bei einem top internationalen Risikoberater und Insurance Broker.
**Was du mitbringst**:
- Du hast bereits Dein Studium im Bereich Finanz-, Wirtschafts-, Rechtswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Analytisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten in verständliche Zusammenfassungen zu überführen
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
