We're big enough to have the resources and scale, but small enough that a single person has a surprising amount of autonomy and can make a meaningful impact. **Location**: Valencia, Spain (Hybrid) **Role Overview**: Groupon helps customers discover deals on local experiences. This role supports the back-end operations of merchant campaigns. The Campaign Operations Intern will support the back-end setup of Groupon merchant campaigns. This includes working with various teams to bring deals to life, ensuring all campaign details, forms, and configurations are accurate. **Responsibilities**: - Support backend configuration of Groupon merchant campaigns. - Assist in managing editorial assets for campaigns. - Ensure campaigns meet editorial and technical standards before launch. - Maintain internal documentation for campaign workflows. - Communication with merchants for any information requests - Help troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues. **Qualifications**: - **Fluent C1 in German**: - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. - Strong attention to detail. - Experience with content management systems or workflow tools is preferred. - Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus. - Basic HTML or CMS experience is a plus. - Strong communication skills. - Collaborative mindset. **What You'll Gain**: - Experience in e-commerce and local deals. - Exposure to Groupon campaign processes. - Collaboration with various teams. - Skills in digital content management and campaign configuration. **Groupon** **is an AI-First Company** **Beware of Recruitment Fraud**:Groupon follows a merit-based recruitment process without charging job seekers any fees.
