DEINE MISSION
Als Teamlead Support/ Customer Success ( w/m/d) überimmst du die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams, bestehend aus Technical Consultants. Darüber hinaus bist du für dich Sicherstellung des estos Supports, entsprechend den hohen Qualitätsansprüchen von Partnern und Endkunden, zuständig.

- Sicherstellung der Support-Qualität: Einhaltung von SLAs und Reaktions
- sowie Lösungszeiten gegenüber Partnern und Endkunden, Gewährleistung der telefonischen Erreichbarkeit, Sicherstellung einer hohen Bearbeitungsqualität (fachlich, kommunikativ) aller eingehenden Anfragen sowie Einhaltung definierter Prozesse innerhalb des Teams als auch teamübergreifend
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung: Optimierung von Prozessen und der abteilungsübergreifenden Kommunikation, Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden sowie Anpassung und Erstellung von zusätzlichen Vorgaben in Absprache mit dem Service Management
- A ktive Mitarbeit im estos Support Team: Bearbeitung eingehender Anfragen entsprechend den definierten Prozessen sowie Durchführung von Telefon
- oder Videokonferenzen im Rahmen von Eskalationen, mit dem Ziel diese schnell, effizient und zur Zufriedenheit von Partnern und Endkunden zu lösen

DEINE EXPERTISE
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Bereich
- Mehrjährige Erfahrungen in der Führung und Organisation von IT Support Teams
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse über aktuelle ITSM-Tools (Ticketsysteme) und moderne Service Desk und IT-Infrastrukturen sowie Erfahrungen im IT-Support
- Kompetenzen: Hohe Kunden
- und Service-Orientierung, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie ein sicheres Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für dich selbstverständlich
