Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Berlin suchen wir einen Junior Technical Support (w/m/d), der den Head of Asset Management Passenger Trains bei technischen und strategischen Themen unterstützt.**

**DEINE AUFGABEN***:
**Du unterstützt den Head of Asset Management bei operativen und strategischen Fragestellungen im technischen Umfeld**

**Du führst technische Analysen durch und bereitest diese anschaulich auf - z. B. zur Flottenverfügbarkeit, Instandhaltung oder Systemzuverlässigkeit**

**Du recherchierst und bewertest technische Lösungen sowie innovative Konzepte im Bereich Schienenfahrzeuge**

**Du aggregierst und interpretierst technische Daten für Management-Reports, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Präsentationen**

**Du wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung technischer Standards und interner Prozesse mit**

**Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zu technischen Fachabteilungen, externen Partnern und Herstellern**

**DEIN PROFIL***:
**Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise als Wirtschaftsingenieur, Maschinenbauingenieur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit wirtschaftlichem Verständnis**

**Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Schienenfahrzeuge, Railway Engineering, Instandhaltung oder Asset Management mit - idealerweise in der Bahnbranche**

**Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und kannst komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert aufbereiten und zielgruppengerecht kommunizieren**

**Du arbeitest analytisch und strukturiert und hast ein gutes Gespür für unternehmerische Zusammenhänge**

**Deine sehr guten Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab**

**Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus - aber kein Muss**
