Functional area: Project Development; Project Management

**Your future plans**
- Coordinate global Steerco process for Project & Strategic Pipeline Steercos
- Manage Steerco schedule and global cross-functional invites
- Collect and coordinate agenda items and create/communicate final agendas
- Collate and distribute pre-read material including formal quality checks (compliance with global standards)
- Ensure and improve the existing standardization of monthly project reports to support efficient meetings and decision-making
- Run Steerco meetings (MS Teams) by supporting the chair of the meeting, taking notes and capturing actions/decisions
- Managing access to the meeting for the required participants
- Transparent follow-up of the recorded meeting results and distribution & maintenance of central action/decision log

- Excellent communication skills
- High level of service and solution orientation
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational skills to meet fast-paced timescales
- Ability to seek and propose improvements to tools and processes
- Experienced team player with the ability to also work constructively across different levels within the organization to establish, define and implement processes and changes
- Excellent computer skills, especially in using MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams etc.)
- Understanding of the development process (Offshore Wind) from project inception to FID is beneficial
