Du begeisterst dich für die spannende Position als DevOps Team Lead mit einem starken Fokus auf DevOps-Kultur und Sicherheit? Du hast eine starke Expertise im Management von on-premises Kubernetes-Clustern und eine Leidenschaft für die Schaffung einer robusten und sicheren Infrastruktur? Dann gehören wir zusammen

Das sind deine Aufgaben
- Du leitest ein Team von DevOps Engineers bei der Aufrechterhaltung und Verbesserung der Leistung, Verfügbarkeit und Sicherheit unseres on-premises Kubernetes.
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Cloud-Diensten wie Hetzner, AWS (EC2, ECR, EKS) und Azure AD.
- Du arbeitest mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammen, um eine reibungslose Bereitstellung und Betrieb unserer Anwendungen sicherzustellen.
- Du förderst eine starke DevOps-Kultur durch Implementierung bewährter Verfahren, Förderung der Automatisierung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Enwicklungsteams.
- Du entwickelst und pflegst effektive Überwachungs-, Alarmierungs
- und Incident-Response-Prozesse, um Probleme proaktiv zu identifizieren und zu beheben.
- Du identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale in der Infrastruktur und setzt Lösungen, um Sicherheit, Skalierbarkeit und Leistung zu verbessern.
- Du bleibst über branchenspezifische Trends und aufkommende Technologien auf dem Laufenden, um Innovationen im Team voranzutreiben.

Das bringst Du mit
- Du hast umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Kubernetes-Clustern in einer produktiven Umgebung.
- Du hast solide Kenntnisse in Infrastruktur und Betrieb, einschließlich Erfahrung in der Administration von Linux-Systemen.
- Du beherrscht Containerisierungstechnologien (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Du hast ein solides Verständnis von DevOps-Prinzipien, CI/CD-Pipelines und Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) -Praktiken.
- Du bist mit bewährten Sicherheitsmaßnahmen vertraut und hast die Fähigkeit, Sicherheitsvorkehrungen in einer verteilten Umgebung umzusetzen.
- Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Führungs
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und kannst effektiv mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammenarbeiten.
- Du hast eine problemlösungsorientierte Denkweise und die Fähigkeit, in einer schnelllebigen, dynamischen Arbeitsumgebung erfolgreich zu sein.
