Proclinical are recruiting a CRA-SCRA, Germany for a CRO. This role is on a contract basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Germany.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform source document evaluation of suitable site source documents and medical records.
- Implement query solution practices remotely as well as on site, and offer leadership to site personnel when required, driving query resolution to closure within agreed timelines.
- To assist with the efficient performance of the clinical study data evaluation and capture, you will utilise available hardware and software.
- You will verify site compliance with electronic data capture needs.
- Might offer direct monitoring, coaching and/or guidance to more junior level CRA.
- Provide site assistance throughout the study lifecycle from site identification through close-out.
- Recognise and discuss out of scope actions to lead CRA/project manager.
- Propose possible sites based on local expertise of treatments patterns, patient advocacy and health care provider associations.
- Offer contributions to requests for proposals, scope and budgeting.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level or RN in a pertinent discipline or corresponding mixture of training, experience and education.
- Know-how of GCP/ICH regulations and any other applicable regulatory needs.
- Computer literacy and capable of embracing new technologies.
- Interpersonal, presentation and communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Critical thinking abilities.
- Willing to travel for business needs up to 75% of the time.
