Warehouse Office Clerk (M/F/x)

**Your Responsibilities**:

- On-time delivery of all national and international customer orders for our distribution channels Wholesale / Retail / eCom
- Creation, management and control of the entire flow of goods (incoming goods - outgoing goods)
- Monitoring of all stocks incl. inventory taking
- Sorting of remaining and old stocks
- Monitoring of data and information flow between our warehouse management system and ERP (MS Dynamics NAV)
- Invoicing of proforma invoices & sales deliveries
- Creation of customs invoices
- Keeping of various statistics & key figures
- Determination of freight costs for further invoicing
- Invoice control as well as checking/controlling freight invoices, packaging material invoices, other

**Your Profile**:

- Completed commercial training or comparable knowledge
- Experience in in the commercial logistics area is an advantage
- Structured and independent way of working
- Solution-oriented and analytical thinking skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Very good knowledge of German, as well as good knowledge of English
