Tasks

The position as Central Key User Production Planning Systems (M/F/diverse) contains the following tasks and responsibilities:
Define, create, and implement standards for production planning, scheduling and capacity planning based on SAP standard functions and enhancement by add-ons (e.g., tool for work center master creation and classification)

Realize and secure concepts and standards in SAP S4/HANA PP to fulfill the requirements of the different customers within local production, business area and divisional operations and engineering

Outline the master data concept for the whole group sector ContiTech and for all business processes within SAP PP and possible other solutions

Coordinate the implementation of the PP master data concept for the group sector and business areas

Define processes for the maintenance of PP master data and administration of PP master data for all business areas and legal entities worldwide

Create concepts for a proper system implementation and adequate testing as well as the generation of a blueprint and test catalogue

Implement SAP S4/HANA PP module as member of the project team, attendance in business testing sessions

PP Ticket management and user support and administration, trainings and workshops for global key user, local key user, and power user

Define and create authorization concepts and roles for the PP area and take care of related administration for local key users, corporate users, and special roles

Responsible to provide management accessibility to PP related business information; includes data warehouse and other visualization tools (defines specific business requirements)

Serve as a PP related consultant to business leaders as to the capabilities and efforts for implementation of information needs

Doing all the tasks above in cross-functional alignment with other functional areas

**Qualifications**:
Academic degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, production technician, business informatics or related field of studies

First experience in SAP production planning related processes and functions

Basic knowledge of related modules MM, FI, CO, QM, SD, WM, PM

Business fluent English (written and spoken)

Strong communication and team player skills

Experience in working with international teams

Working experience in international project management as well as participation in implementation projects
