Key Responsibilities - UI Design Production: Contribute to creating high-quality UI assets for product features, working closely with product managers, business analysts, content writers, and front-end engineers. - UX Deliverables: Contribute to UX outputs such as mockups, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to support feature development and user testing. - Design System Development: Enrich, maintain, and curate design system components, ensuring consistency across products and platforms. - Collaboration in Design Operations: Actively support and optimize design workflows, processes, and tools to enhance team efficiency. - Team Alignment: Work closely with your manager, peers, and the Design Operations team to align on goals, share feedback, and ensure smooth collaboration. Bring to the Team - Educational Background & Experience: Degree or equivalent experience in a design-related field, with demonstrated skills in designing for apps and web. - Technical Expertise: Proven ability to expand design systems, with a basic understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG compliance). - Collaborative Soft Skills: Exceptional self-organization and basic project management skills. You thrive in a collaborative environment, embrace feedback, and are eager to grow. - Passion for User-Centric Design: A commitment to creating exceptional products that prioritize user needs and experiences. - Communication: Strong English communication skills (German proficiency is a plus) to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
