What it is about
We are looking for an enthusiastic Head of People and Culture to help us build a great people organization and drive our strategy to continue being an exceptional employer going forward.
You will work closely with our co-founders in order to lead initiatives across the organization including talent acquisition, engagement and retention, career development, performance management, compensation and benefits, overall employee satisfaction and many more.
We are changing the fashion wholesale industry with our software and have built a very special place to work with a strong Fashion Cloud culture and our values deeply rooted within the company. It has been a fantastic journey so far, going from 0 to 90 colleagues in seven years. We are now looking for a colleague who wants to join us as the leader of our People and Culture team supporting our ambition to grow to over 200 amazing employees within the next three years.
What to expect
- Be one of the key ambassadors and representatives of our company culture, vision and values, strengthening and reinforcing our culture in collaboration with your team
- Enable us to reach our goals of company growth and development
- Build trust with your colleagues and the leadership teams to become a strategic sparring partner, providing regular insights and advice on people management, performance, and development
- Develop and enrich our current career path and personal development processes
- Guide our managers in leading their teams in an inspiring way
- Make sure we have effective workplaces for our colleagues
- Guide your team in optimizing our People’s processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Understand, develop, and implement the compensation and benefits package across the organization
- Implement relevant measures to increase effectiveness within performance management
- Develop international HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
**Requirements**:
What you bring to the table
- You have minimum 10 years of experience as a HR professional, preferably in the start-up environment as well as in a larger organization and ideally within the tech industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- You have experiences in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
- You are proactive, can lead change with arguments and data
- You have an entrepreneurial approach: Done is better than perfect
- You help and enable your team to grow inside of the People department, but also in the wider organization
- You are a leader that is inspirational but rational, candid but welcoming, and strategic but willing to get your hands dirty
- You have strong interpersonal skills
- You are an empathetic listener and leader
- You are fluent in English (German would also be quite helpful)
