- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years
- Ideally at least 3 years of functional or disciplinary leadership experience
- Proven experience in network management within the freight forwarding industry
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Strong intercultural competence
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a matrix setup
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant digital tools
- Willingness to travel for business, including at short notice
