To strengthen our successful team, we are looking for a

**Senior Specialist Group Accounting (M/F/d)**

**Your Job**
- Preparation of the consolidated financial statements according to HGB and US GAAP
- Advice & support with regard to the introduction of accounting in accordance with US GAAP principles
- Direct contact person for the audit of the financial statements
- Supporting the integration of acquisitions into the group (M&A)
- Accounting control of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of the various subsidiaries as well as the consolidated financial statements
- Supervision of the documentation and analysis of financial data in accordance with the various standards (US GAAP and HGB)
- Ensuring SOX compliance

**Your Profile**
- You are a graduate in business administration, an accountant or have a comparable qualification
- You have several years of relevant professional experience in accounting or auditing
- You have a very good knowledge of HGB and US GAAP or IFRS
- Knowledge of Lucanet, Power-BI as well as MS-Dynamics is an advantage
- You have international experience and can integrate well into international matrix structures
- You maintain an overview even in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment
- You find simple and efficient solutions to challenges
- You have very good MS Office skills and are an expert especially in Excel
- You have a very good command of English
