Recruiting Specialist

The responsibilities are as following: - You will develop creative strategies for successful searches for new cyber security/tech talent to support our international and fast-growing team - In close cooperation with the respective leaders you will design job postings, manage and drive the recruiting processes - Together with our marketing department you will work on the attractiveness and visibility of our company and the empoyer branding **Requirements**: - You have successfully completed your studies (personnel management, marketing, media, psychology, computer science, etc.) and have subsequently gained at least 3 years of experience in tech recruiting - You are communicatively open-minded, well networked and have mastered the use of media in active sourcing - IT affinity, solid knowledge in MS Office as well as confident handling of the various channels on social media are indispensable - You are a team player, feel comfortable in different cultural environments and "diversity" is not just a trend for you - You are creative, enthusiastic and enjoy design - You are business fluent in German and English - Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
