**About Tomorrow Bio**:
In short, cryopreservation is an advanced medical procedure that puts a human into complete biological pause after their legal death. The purpose is to keep people preserved until medical technology has advanced enough to treat their cause of death and revive them. Cryopreservation provides the chance for patients to benefit from future technologies and potentially live a longer life than what is currently possible.

We are entering our third year of customer acquisition and are looking for motivated and forward thinking people to help us in the process of scaling up.

At Tomorrow Biostasis, we envision a world where the duration of one's life is a personal choice, independent of where they are, who they are, and their financial resources. Our mission is threefold: to transparently inform people about the option of Biostasis, to provide high quality cryopreservation services, and to passionately and actively drive research that shapes the future of Biostasis. We are actively pioneering engineering solutions for imminent cryopreservation scenarios and delving into applied and translational research, aiming to fundamentally improve the Biostasis field in the long run.

Tasks

**Position**:

- This is a very unique position and a unique topic, we’re looking for people with strong intrinsic and long-term motivation.
- Marketing in this field is not easy, we’re practically building the sector from scratch. Most of what we and you will do is pioneer work.
- Until we figure out marketing and have established scalable acquisition channels, we will stay a small, nimble team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Acquisition: Figure out and scale customer acquisition, from A to Z.
- Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute an integrated marketing strategy that encompasses brand awareness, digital marketing, PR, event marketing, and product launches.
- Team Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
- Digital Marketing: Spearheaded digital marketing campaigns, optimizing ROI and expanding our online presence.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Global Expansion: Craft strategies for entering and establishing a foothold in new markets around the globe.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in a senior marketing role, preferably in the biotech, health tech, insurance sectors, etc.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Willingness to go the extra mile () - This will not be an easy job
- Willingness to relocate to Berlin, Germany / Remote not possible
