Junior Finance Business Partner

In this role, you will be a key part of our finance team, supporting strategic decision-making with high-quality analysis and insights. Your main responsibilities include: - Leading and driving financial analysis, especially in the areas of Net Sales and Overheads- Controlling and validating gross-to-net sales activities within our finance systems- Supporting the month-end close by preparing actual vs. planned spend analyses, journal entries, and variance commentaries- Preparing Free Cash Flow forecasts and analysing changes in working capital- Collaborating in cross-functional projects (e.g. implementation of new finance tools or SAP rollouts)- Reconciling SAP module activities and proactively troubleshooting error- Supporting internal and external audits in your area of expertise and coordinating feedback across teams We’re looking for a proactive, solution-oriented finance professional with strong analytical skills. You’ll thrive in this role if you bring: - A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field- At least 2 years of experience in financial support, controlling or business partnering- Strong analytical skills with a passion for data and financial modelling- Experience in complex problem-solving and influencing stakeholders in a matrix environment- High level of accountability, openness, and a hands-on mindset- Fluent English skills (German is a plus but not required)- Familiarity with SAP and advanced Excel skills are highly advantageous Our Benefits: Join a dynamic team in an inspiring and international environment, right in the heart of Munich.
