As an Operative Buyer - Non-Merchandising Procurement (all genders) you will be part of the Finance Operations P2P Operative Procurement team responsible for the operational activities of indirect (non-merchandising) goods and services procurement in close collaboration with respective Business Units.

In this very exciting role, you will be working closely with various stakeholders across different business areas. In addition, you will bring P2P expertise, lead operational buying activities and you will have the opportunity to get insights on Indirect Procurement.

**WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)**:

- You will procure goods and services for orders 75k€ in close alignment with the respective requestor(s) and provide regular status on your projects and deliver impactful results.
- You will bring expertise in operational buying which includes collecting offers, negotiating terms and conditions and advice on vendor selection
- You are accountable for executing the Request-to-Order and Vendor Onboarding processes flawlessly within the framework of the policy for indirect goods and services
- You consult on P2P products, e.g. eCatalogs, vCards, Marketplaces, Blanket POs, One Time Vendor and drive implementation of efficiency measures.
- You will assist and contribute to relevant cross-team initiatives and/or support requesters on P2P when required

**WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**:

- you come with a background in business, management, finance, IT and/or engineering studies
- You have an interest in Procurement, Buying and Supply Chain topics and bring first experience in negotiations
- You have experience working with Google Sheets, Docs and Slides as well as MS Office, especially Excel
- Attentive to detail, self-driven and the skill to work independently with a hands-on and responsible attitude
- You are flexible, reliable and always happy to support in various tasks
- Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
- Thriving in fast-paced environments, embracing collaboration and acting proactively
- Always willing to find practical solutions, organizing your workload efficiently, ensuring tasks are ready on time, are accurate and prioritized accordingly
- Motivation and interest in processes, tools and numbers
