For our location in either Putzbrunn near Munich in Germany or Telford in the UK we are looking for you as an HR Director Europe (gn) in full-time as soon as possible.

**Your Responsibilities**:
- Manages and leads the human resource team in EMEA to implement and harmonize processes and procedures across EMEA, this includes an organizational and procedural integration of EMEA’s digital network HR organization
- Provides guidance to European Leadership Team on strategies to build employee morale, productivity, retention, and policy compliance
- Leads and further develops COE organization with L&D, Compensation&Benefits, HR Business Partners / Generalists and Talent Acquisition in EMEA
- Provides guidance and coaching to managers, supervisors, senior leaders, and the HR department on communication strategies; assists with challenges such as low morale, high turnover, absenteeism, layoffs, and other difficult conversations
- Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations
- Maintains knowledge of trends, developments, and best practices in employee retention, morale, recognition, productivity, and incentives
- Monitors and ensures the organization’s compliance with employment laws and regulations and recommends best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Develops and implements departmental budget
- Facilitates professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff
- Develops in collaboration with global HR functions and implements HR strategies for a defined area and employee group
- Develops, implements and reviews processes and policies with all internal stakeholders in Europe
- Implementation and transfer of the HR strategy into the operational HR work together with the local teams; responsibility for smooth processes within operational HR topics, review those and if necessary, design new processes for Pan-EU topics
- Coordination of all HR initiatives and projects within the European region via direct reports/HR organization
- Will collaborate with the Global HR team to develop, support and lead project implementations for Europe
**Your qualifications & experience**:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Masters degree preferred
- At least seven years of human resource management experience required
- Established expertise in several core HR disciplines (recruiting, compensation & benefits, reporting & statistics, development/ performance management or similar)
- Proven ability to manage teams and the ability to lead people through times of rapid change
- Project management skills that include the ability to create and execute plans against established deadlines
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills paired with strong process-orientation (able to develop and implement processes and systems)
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good time management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication style
- Fluency in English is a must, other European languages such as German and French are a plus
- Willingness to travel 40% of work time within Europe and occasionally intercontinenta
