**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung bei sämtlichen steuerlichen, bilanziellen und buchhalterischen Fragestellungen für unsere Gesellschaften und Fondsprogramme
- Koordination und Überwachen externer Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer bei der Erstellung von Steuererklärungen und Jahresabschlüssen
- Cashmanagement und Treasuryaufgaben
- Erstellen von Auswertungen und Kundenberichten
- Gestaltung und Optimierung von Prozessen
- Einbringung eigener Ideen im Fachbereich und darüber hinaus

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie haben den Steuerberater erfolgreich abgelegt, sind Steuerfachangestellter oder haben einen Bachelor in Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Steuern oder sind Bilanzbuchhalter mit großer steuerlicher Expertise (stets: m/w/d)
- Berufserfahrung (4 Jahre oder mehr erwünscht) im Bereich Steuern
- Hohe Eigenmotivation, Selbstständigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Teamfähigkeit sowie sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Umgangsformen, sicheres Auftreten und Diskretion
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch
