**YOUR IMPACT AT CIRCULA**:
As Website Product Owner, you will work within the Circula Marketing team. You will be responsible for guiding the development and enhancement of our website to meet business goals and user needs.
- ** Implement the website vision and strategy** with the goal to increase its impact and contribution to business growth in Germany, Spain and The Netherlands
- ** Plan then prioritize the Website roadmap**, and manage the backlog with our Website Developer
- ** Lead user research and analysis initiatives** to identify opportunities with a focus on conversion optimizations
- ** Use post-test analysis** to build and maintain the testing backlog, ensuring a continuous flow of optimisation initiatives to enhance the overall user journey.
- ** Measure the performance of the Website**, implement appropriate measures based on findings and provide regular updates on KPIs, key objectives and projects to the Business
- ** Work closely with channel owners**, Content, Design and Product Marketing team within the company to ensure all requirements are taken into account when prioritising website initiatives.

**YOUR TALENTS FOR CIRCULA**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Management or Growth Marketing, including experience in CRO and A/B testing preferably in a SaaS or FinTech environment.
- Proven track record as a website owner, including experience in coordinating challenging projects such as website migration and rebranding with Development teams.
- Possess a data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., VWO), web analytics tools (e.g., GA4), headless CMS (e.g., Sanity) and no-code CMS (e.g. Webflow)
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management, coordination, and prioritization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1).
