**What you'll build**
- Acquire knowledge of SAP’s solution portfolio to support sales activities
- Gain insight to SAP’s support and cloud portfolio
- Take responsibility for “Maintenance at Risk” (MAR) case creation and handle maintenance contracts
- Handle basic inquiries from different stakeholders (e.g. sales or finance community) and take part in deal structuring
- Revise and update existing maintenance documentation, as well as prepare customer presentations
- Further optimize maintenance, support and cloud reporting and analytics tools to further improve data quality
- Collaborate with the team to accelerate the Customer Evolution transformation and innovation journey to the Cloud for our customers
- Support local the German Customer Evolution team in other business-related topics and work closely together with colleagues from various other functional areas including Sales, Finance, support delivery, etc
**What you bring**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Economics, Business Administration, or similar
- Language skills: Fluent in German (verbal and written) and good English skills (verbal and written)
- Soft skills: Team player, proactive, working independently, creative and innovative, looking for challenges
- High level of initiative and operational readiness
