Wunderman Thompson Germany is looking for a **Strategist** (all genders) with a passion for CRM, in Berlin or any other office location.
Your main role is to develop a wide variety of branding, communications and customer experience projects. You will combine research-driven methodologies with an empathetic and creative approach. You will work on experience, service and journey solutions for national and international clients.
You are driven by curiosity. You want to learn the latest trends and you deep-dive into the psychology and habits of people. All of this fascinates you.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Work on brand communication and customer experience projects for several national and international clients and brands.
- Conduct qualitative user research to find relevant insights. You know how to read and interpret existing client research while also hunting for additional data sources to generate extra insights.
- Develop personae, customer journeys, value propositions, and customer experience strategies.
- Define messages, value exchange mechanics and how to measure their impact.
- Present and discuss customer experience and communication strategies and key insights in meetings with clients.
- Collaborate with and inspire the wider team of creatives, data scientists and account managers to develop great ideas and keep solutions on strategy
- Keep up-to-date with our audience's preferences and proactively suggest new solutions. Inspire colleagues and clients with the latest trends (cultural, technological, case studies, market evolutions, etc.).
**REQUIRED SKILLS**:
- Comprehensive understanding of customer experience strategy, brand strategy, digital strategy, marketing.
- Experience with design thinking and service design is a bonus.
- Understanding of current best practices and general marketing technology capabilities for customer engagement programs and CRM approaches
- Is experienced in developing customer experience and creative strategies, persona development and journey mapping.
- You can conduct qualitative research, and are familiar with key methods and tools (e.g. in-depth interviews, observational approaches, shadowing etc.)
- Is familiar with marketing effectiveness and efficiency measurement.
- You possess strong analytical skills. You can understand and interpret research and data. You are able to incorporate these results into strategies and creative briefs.
- Strong client-facing skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English and preferably German.

- Over 3 years' relevant experience in marketing strategy and CRM
