**What you'll do**
- Enhance our documentation team's efforts in crafting, evolving, and refining user interface texts and software documentation in English.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to align content with technical needs.
- Engage in research and defining target-group-specific terminology.
- Create and revise instructional how-to videos.

**What you bring**
- Enrollment in a Technical Documentation / Communication and Media Management program or related field.
- Proficiency with DITA, topic-based writing, content management systems, and video production.
- Strong communication abilities paired with motivation, curiosity, and critical thinking.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- A keen interest in IT and receptiveness to new technologies such as artificial intelligence.
- Initial knowledge of GitHub, Markdown, Docs-as-Code, and video creation a plus but not mandatory.
