**Responsibilities**:
- As a ServiceNow expert, you are working on architectural concepts for products / projects
- You’re an active part in ServiceNow projects from Consulting via Design to Implementation and Inlife.
- You can analyze and work on business requirements with the ITSM, HR, GRC, Security and/or CS area.
- You will optimize digital workflows and work as business analyst
- Configuration and customization of ServiceNow is part of your work
- You coach and mentor junior colleagues
- You lead projects as (part)project lead.
- Reporting and Stakeholder management is part of your job
- You contribute on improving and enlarging the company's ServiceNow Portfolio
**Requirements**:
- You have experience in IT Architecture, software development, IT Consultancy, or system-integration
- You have experience with common connectors / APIs, good JavaScript knowledge and substantial know how of web-technologies and databases
- Next to technical skills, you also have business experience, ideally in ITSM, HR, GRC, Security and/or CS
- With your analytical and conceptional skills you enjoy being the Interface/Translator between business
- and IT departments
- You have at least a bachelor’s degree
- You are willing to travel to client locations if required and pandemic situation allows.
- You should already have substantial experience with ServiceNow and ideally have SN certifications.
- You should have very good written and spoken English skills (min. C1 Level) and ideally have German skills. (In case of no German skills, we need your willingness for intensive German classes once you are in Germany.)
