The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Working Student (*) as Junior European Marketing Assistant for our Consumer Home Improvement Division, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. You will work as part of a busy & dynamic consumer marketing team, assisting Marketing Managers and Portfolio leaders to execute tasks related to product management & trade marketing including New Product Launches, Digital content creation, Trade display creation and other marketing materials. The role will involve working with a remote team based in different European countries and will support our Consumer DIY portfolio with brands such as Scotch-Blue Masking Tapes, Scotch® DIY tapes, Command Adhesive & 3M Personal Safety.

Here, you will make an impact by:
- Executing tasks related to the creation of trade displays and other trade marketing material._- Contributing to the creation and development of digital content to support our product representation online_- Support Marketing Managers in the execution of new item creation and other product management tasks by following & utilizing 3M systems and processes_- Be responsible for various aspects of data collation, storage and sharing with country teams e.g. price lists and other training material_- Working with various cross functional teams within 3M e.g. Digital, Creative & Manufacturing in order to complete end to end processes._

Your Skills and Expertise- You are currently pursuing a full time bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or a related field._- Intermediate or Advanced Skills in IT (e.g. Excel and Powerpoint)_
