Your Role
- Prioritise tasks to ensure timely accomplishment.
- Assist the Property Manager in the supervision and management of the Facilities Engineer Basic FM Team.
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repairs of DC and Office non-critical infrastructure and carry them out as required
- Documentation and system administration of technical changes and maintenance checks
- Controlling the day-to-day management of the infrastructure: cleaning, maintenance of green areas, waste disposal service, winter service
- Responsible for the efficient fulfilment of legal obligations and other requirements
- Optimising the work processes in the Facility Engineer Basic FM area

**Your Profile**
- Vocational qualification in a technical field e.g., technician, craftsman of similar
- Min. 6 years of experience in the field of building repairs, with 1 year in a technical management position
- Expert in facility management of non-critical infrastructure
- Understanding of health and safety requirements
- Fluent in German, English an advantage
