- Für unseren Kunden, einen etablierten Finanzberater für Leasing und Factoring, suchen wir aktuell einen- Regionalleiter Direct Leasing (m/w/d) in Essen**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Akquirieren von mittelständischen Firmenkunden und Ausbau der langfristigen Geschäftsbeziehungen
- Kundenberatung bei anspruchsvollen Finanzierungsanfrage
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien und Kundenbindungsmaßnahmen
- Ausbau des Vertriebsgebietes
- Betreuung der Bestandskunden in einem festen Außendienstgebiet
**Ihr Profil**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (m/w/d) oder vergleichbares
- Erste Berufserfahrungen im Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich Leasing
- Hands-on-Mentalität
- Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
