**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Die Konzeptumsetzung für die Abteilung „Technischer Service Analytik“ zur effektiven Arbeitssicherheit
- und Umweltmanagementgestaltung liegt bei Ihnen und Ihren Kollegen
- Hierfür gestalten Sie ein integriertes Arbeitssicherheits
- und Umweltmanagementsystem unter Berücksichtigung der ISO und DIN-Normen proaktiv mit
- Kontinuierlich implementieren Sie Standards und Kennziffern zu SCHOTT spezifischen EHS Themen
- Sie fungieren als Berater bei der sicherheitstechnischen Überwachung der instrumentellen Anlagen in den chemisch physikalischen Prüflaboratorien und Anlagen in Werkstätten bzgl. Arbeitssicherheits
- und Umweltschutzaspekten
- Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung von Gefährdungsanalysen, Betriebsanweisungen und weiteren EHS-Dokumenten, sowie bei der Durchführung von Arbeitssicherheits
- und Umweltschutz-Audits in unseren Laboren
- Unter Ihrer Verantwortung liegt zudem die Mitwirkung bei der Schulung der Kollegen, sowie die Prüfung der Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben im Gewässer
- und Emissionsschutz sowie in den Bereichen Recycling, Entsorgung und Umweltschutz

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenen ingenieurwissenschaftliches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium, sowie erste Berufserfahrung im EHS-Umfeld und haben ggf. Weiterbildungen zum Gefahrgutbeauftragten, Sicherheitsbeauftragten oder Auditor
- 45001 und 14001 sind für Sie keine Postleitzahlen, sondern die Grundlage Ihrer täglichen Arbeit
- Sie wissen, wie Sie Sachverhalte für unterschiedliche Adressaten verständlich und zielführend kommunizieren
- Ihre Kollegen schätzen Ihre ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz sowie Ergebnisorientierung
- Sie verfügen über ein herausragendes Qualitäts
- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein und haben bereits mit digitalen Arbeitssicherheitstools (z.B. Quentic) sowie eQMS-Tools (z.B. d.3) gearbeitet
- Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und haben gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
