**ABOUT**:
Become a part of our TRATON HR company services team by joining us earliest from March 2025.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
/ Support in the development and implementation of a sustainable mobility concept including employee commuting and company cars for our workforce
/ Support for business travel and mobility processes incl. creation and updates of guidelines and policies for travel & mobility
/ Maintenance of our employee communication and training material for all our employee services
/ Additionally, you will support overall HR Business related topics, e.g. Recruiting, Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, Office Management & HR Administration

**YOUR SKILLS**:
/ First working or project experience with Travel & Mobility or HR management desired
/ Team player with high communication skills
/ Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
/ Fluent proficiency in spoken and written German and English
