The Head of R2R Solutions is a key role withing the Market Financial Controlling & Operations department in Lean Corporate Services (LCS). The Department operates within the End-to-End Accounting & Reporting framework of VF Group, serving as a key decision-making authority for strategic accounting judgements and as a nexus for compliance assurance on group level for Vodafone’s local markets.

Within this, the Head of R2R Solutions heads the Record to Report (R2R) process and capabilities team, a critical enabler of Lean Corporate Services (LCS). He/ She drives the R2R strategy across all local markets, executes transformation and delivers insights through a robust monitoring, including data & analytics and consistent reporting. This team specializes in financial process excellence, digital transformation, data & analytics, and demand management. Furthermore, responsibility encompasses governance and oversight for R2R relevant system and process transformation initiatives across local markets.

**What you will do**
- Accountable for continuous efficiency gains and quality improvements in the R2R process, e.g. through harmonisation of processes throughout markets in scope
- Accountable for delivering R2R data and process insights that drive quality, transparency and reporting output
- Owns the R2R Roadmap and drives the R2R accounting evolution through transformation
- Co-Ownership of the revamped Finance Operating model for R2R
- KPI definition, governance and reporting for the global R2R process
- Ensures effective alignment with CSO and markets and be a role-model in collaborating with the wider Finance community and all relevant Vodafone internal and external key stakeholders
- Directs effective partner relations and performance management with CSO and, if applicable, external BPO
- Creates a culture of proactive continuous improvement of processes, systems and people and provide a platform for the people to develop their career and employability
- Develops robust pool of talents to step into leadership roles

- 12+ year experience in finance, in-particular in all areas of finance operations either by practical delivery or through oversight
- Profound IT and data analytics skills
- Telecommunications industry experience

This position can be full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours).
We are filling this position at Munich or Düsseldorf for Vodafone Group Services GmbH.
