Internship in Productmanagement

**We launched two major innovations in the optical industry**:
Sym Optic - the worldwide first take-away prescription glasses for which the customer can insert and exchange the glasses with one single CLICK.

Sym Vision Lab - the worldwide first asynchronous eye doctor consultation for which the customer receives his prescription in 72 hours.

We have successfully launched the first online and offline channels in Germany and France and now need support for the expansion.

We want to invite you to become part of the team and support our platform development as well as our general marketing. As we are growing quickly, this can lead to a permanent position.

**Here the specs for the internship**:

- Work location mainly at Factory Berlin one of the most thrilling start-up hubs in Berlin (possibly travel on-site on different locations in France as well, depending on the current situation)

Homeoffice is possible
- About 40 hours per week for the next three months
- Internship salary of 800 €

Tasks
- Assist in the support of our platform development
- Assist customers and establish key account management tools
- Assist in content creation and social media marketing
- Prepare marketing elements for both online & offline marketing
- Help out with different operational tasks

**Requirements**:

- You speak fluent French and English (and ideally German)
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office as well as Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- You are a strong communicator and are an outgoing character
- You like taking initiatives and are solution-oriented
- You are attracted by the start-up world and looking to gather relevant experiences
