Become part of the success story as our new Director of Customer Service Europe and ensure smooth processes with a team of more than 40 people by combining operational thinking with strategic skills. In this role, you will work closely with our international leadership team in the Purchasing Department and report directly to our SVP of Purchasing, Berkan.

Your new role
- Be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of our German Customer Service department, as well as aligning with all European Customer Service teams
- Design and execute business processes from scratch and play a crucial part in implementing your ideas together with a highly motivated team
- Identify process optimization in different areas throughout our Customer Service activities and create scalable improvements for profitability, operational efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders including senior and top management and become an expert in your areas of responsibility
- Manage various cross-functional projects powered by data-driven insights with the goal to overachieve
- Solve complex business situations on a tactical and strategic level and continuously challenge the status quo

Your skills
- A university degree in Business, Economics, or another related field paired with relevant working experience in a dynamic environment, start-up experience is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in leading and motivating a team - You inspire the people you work with to drive opportunities forward with full force
- Excellent communication skills to conduct negotiations with our external partners and to manage them independently
- Passion about moving tasks forward and taking full ownership of projects combined with a mindset of continuous improvement and challenging yourself
- Ability to manage priorities simultaneously to meet time-sensitive deadlines while staying within budget and strong analytical skills including the ability to summarize quantitative concepts into a digestible format
- Fluency in English and German is needed
