**Tasks - What to expect from us**:

- Utilise precision diagnostic instruments during maintenance.
- Analyse equipment data to inform and implement the most effective approach towards maintenance
- Collect, organise, and analyse data in support of Key Performance Indicators for the Manufacturing Services Department as required.
- Read and interpret machinery and component drawings, pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanical diagrams & schematics, maintenance manuals, and parts catalogues to enable maintenance and diagnostics
- Identify and recommend improvements to production equipment and maintenance procedures. Research and implement improvements.
- Work with site Manufacturing Engineers to help understand and restore equipment performance to standard.
- Consistently perform asset maintenance activities in order to ensure that equipment and facilities are safe and reliable to a high performance standard.
- Utilise problem solving skills and ability to make sound recommendations based on judgement, training and previous experience.
- Safely operate site specific equipment as required with appropriate training
- Understanding of safe lifting practices and procedures

**Qualifications - Who we are looking for**:

- NVQ level 3 or equivalent in relevant time served apprenticeship
- Basic understanding of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic principles and operation
- Basic IT literacy
- Understanding of local and regional HSE Standards and regulations
- Basic use of machine tools
