Wir suchen eine_n erfahrene_n PMO Senior Manager*in, der/die eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Förderung von operativer Exzellenz, Governance und nachhaltigem Wachstum für eBay Live übernimmt.
In dieser Rolle verantwortest du die Planung und Umsetzung bereichsübergreifender Prozesse und stellst sicher, dass strategische Initiativen effizient und wirkungsvoll umgesetzt werden. Du entwickelst skalierbare Frameworks, förderst funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und ermöglichst datenbasierte Entscheidungsfindung über Produkt-, Operations
- und Marketing-Teams hinweg.
Deine Arbeit ist entscheidend für den Aufbau einer soliden Grundlage für langfristigen Erfolg und nachhaltiges Wachstum unserer Verkäufer*innen und des eBay Live-Ökosystems. Ein Verständnis oder starkes Interesse am Live-Commerce-Bereich hilft dir dabei, strategische Planung mit den einzigartigen Chancen und Herausforderungen dieses dynamischen Formats zu verbinden.
**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Leitung des Programmmanagements für eBay Live-Initiativen - du steuerst Planung, Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung funktionsübergreifender Projekte, die das Unternehmenswachstum beschleunigen. Aufbau skalierbarer Frameworks und Prozesse für nachhaltiges Wachstum.
- Gestaltung und Optimierung von Prozessen, um Effizienz, Skalierbarkeit und Transparenz über Produkt-, Operations
- und Marketing-Teams hinweg zu verbessern.
- Verantwortung für Finanzplanung und Incentive-Frameworks, einschließlich Budgetabgleich, Ressourcenoptimierung und transparenter Performance-Messung.
- Entwicklung von Performance-Dashboards und Reporting-Tools, um wichtige Geschäftskennzahlen, Projektfortschritte und strategische Ergebnisse zu überwachen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Finance
- und Category-Teams, um Incentive-Programme zu gestalten und zu managen, die Verkäufer*innen-Engagement und messbares GMV-Wachstum fördern.
- Erstellung und Präsentation von Executive-Reports, einschließlich Business Cases und strategischen Empfehlungen, um Transparenz und organisatorische Ausrichtung sicherzustellen.
**Dein Profil**:
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Programmmanagement, Business Operations oder in der Unternehmensberatung, idealerweise im E-Commerce
- oder Digitalplattform-Umfeld.
- Nachgewiesene Erfolge in den Bereichen Prozessdesign, PMO-Operations und Finanzplanung incl. Budgetierung, Forecasting und Performance-Tracking.
- Erfahrung im Incentive-Management, Vertragsmanagement oder operativer Governance ist von Vorteil.
- Interesse oder Erfahrung im Bereich Live Commerce, Retail-Innovation oder Content-getriebene Verkaufsformate - und die Motivation, die Zukunft dieses Bereichs aktiv mitzugestalten.
- Tiefes Verständnis für funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit in großen Organisationen, mit der Fähigkeit, vielfältige Teams auf gemeinsame Ziele auszurichten.
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich, Deutschkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
