Entrepreneur in Residence - Internship (M/F/d)
**Your Role**:
As our Entrepreneur in Residence Intern, you will play a crucial role in the growth of xChange Fulfillment (xCF), an exciting new business we’ve recently launched. Built on years of experience and solid processes, xCF has the potential to become one of our top revenue drivers in the next 18 months.
You will work directly with our founder,, and gradually taking on more responsibility as you contribute to important initiatives from Day 1. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for aspiring CEOs or founders to learn entrepreneurship firsthand. You’ll gain valuable experience in scaling a business, building products, and enhancing the customer experience. Plus, you’ll receive direct mentorship from Johannes to help you grow. **Location**: Join us in our Hamburg office, centrally located near the Rathaus. Surrounded by great food options, cozy cafes, and vibrant city life, it’s the perfect spot to collaborate and innovate. This role is primary onsite.
**Your Impact**:

- Support Growth: Help scale xCF to $25M in annual sales and 15k sold containers per year by December 2025.
- Improve Customer Experience: Contribute to enhancing the buyer experience by reducing response times and maintaining a 95%+ positive purchasing experience.

**Your day-to-day tasks**:

- Lead Generation & Outreach: Support the growth of xCF by identifying new leads and engaging with potential customers to increase demand for containers.
- Pricing Strategy: Help develop and refine pricing strategies to ensure xCF stays competitive and meets business goals.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify key areas for improvement within current processes and work on automating or optimizing workflows to enhance overall performance.

**Requirements**:
What Makes You a Great Fit?
- You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in your last semester or a recent graduate in management, logistics, business, entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- You are available for a 6-month, full-time internship (40h/week) starting March 1 or April 1.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset—proactive, driven, and excited to build something from the ground up. You like to stay one step ahead, always anticipating challenges and finding solutions before they arise.
- You have strong communication and problem-solving skills and can collaborate effectively to bring ideas to life.
- You’re data-savvy and detail-oriented, able to analyze information and simplify it to drive decisions.
- You have a growth mindset and love learning new things, always looking for ways to improve and contribute to the success of the team.
