**Vertriebsmitarbeiter Strategic Accounts (m/w/d)**: mit der Möglichkeit an mindestens 3 Tagen pro Woche mobil zu arbeiten

**Aufgaben: abwechslungsreich und verantwortungsvoll**:

- Strategische Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von B2B-Großkunden (Key Accounts)
- Proaktive Identifikation, Qualifizierung und Gewinnung neuer Zielkunden
- Erstellung und Umsetzung von Account-Plänen einschließlich Stakeholder-Mapping, Potenzialanalysen und Wachstumsstrategien
- Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Logistiklösungen in enger Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen wie Operations, Product, Pricing, Legal und Finance
- Steuerung komplexer Ausschreibungen (RFI/RFQ/RFP) einschließlich Angebotskalkulation, Pricing-Strategie und Vertragsverhandlung bis zum Abschluss
- Analyse von Markt-, Branchen
- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für Produkt
- und Preisstrategien
- Leitung von Bid
- und Pursuit-Teams sowie Durchführung von Executive Business Reviews und Performance-Steuerung

**Stärken: fachlich und persönlich**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb oder Key Account Management, idealerweise in der Logistik
- oder KEP-Branche
- Nachweisbare Erfolge im Gewinn, Ausbau und in der langfristigen Bindung von Großkunden sowie im Abschluss komplexer Verträge
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung internationaler Accounts und funktionsübergreifender Teams
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Preisgestaltung, Business-Case-Erstellung und datengetriebener Vertriebssteuerung
- Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (z. B. Salesforce), MS Office und modernen KI-/GenAI-Tools im Vertrieb
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sowie hohe Präsentations
- und Verhandlungssicherheit auf C-Level
- Reisebereitschaft je nach Kundensetup (ca. 30-50%)
