**Job Description** Supply chain enabler**, ensuring seamless coordination across functions to optimize **service levels** and **availability** of Metro Own Brand products. By facilitating the efficient distribution of Own Brand assortments, the role supports the achievement of **Metro’s sCore strategy**, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This position ensures end-to-end alignment in the demand planning and logistics processes, enabling timely and accurate delivery to customers. Through proactive communication, data analysis, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, the role addresses operational challenges and contributes to the continuous improvement of **service-level performance** and product accessibility.
- Coordinate and align the demand planning process with customers to ensure optimal availability of Own Brand assortments and strengthen cross-functional collaboration within the supply chain.
- Review and analyze forecast accuracy and performance metrics, identify gaps, and collaborate with METRO countries to develop and monitor action plans for improvement.
- Manage timely and accurate processing of customer orders, ensuring smooth order execution and high service standards.
- Work closely with Logistics and Transport teams to coordinate picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance.
- Develop, document, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational processes, ensuring efficiency and adaptability to business needs.
- Take ownership of resolving customer issues related to performance, pricing, master data, and service levels, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a cluster of customers and business partners, proactively addressing daily operational challenges.
- Partner with local category managers and supply chain teams to identify and support new business opportunities and drive sales expansion.
- Provide training and guidance to new country contacts on tools and processes, such as web-based ordering systems and demand planning tools, ensuring smooth onboarding and knowledge transfer.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders on business

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
- Demand Planning: Experience coordinating demand planning with customers for optimal product availability.
- Forecasting & Analysis: Skilled in analyzing forecast performance and identifying gaps for improvement.
- Order Management: Experience managing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Logistics Coordination: Background in working with logistics teams to ensure OTIF delivery.
- Process Management: Experience developing and maintaining operational processes for efficiency.
- Customer Issue Resolution: Proven ability to resolve customer issues related to service and pricing.
- Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships.
- Business Development: Experience supporting new business opportunities and sales expansion.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer: Skilled in training team members on tools and processes.
