Werde Teil der diconium data-Familie und unterstütze uns auf unserer Data & AI-Reise **Das erwartet Dich**: - Auf der Grundlage Deiner Kreativität und User-Experience-Affinität - Du stellst die richtigen Fragen, um eine gemeinsame Produktvision mit dem Kunden zu entwickeln, und kommunizierst diese Vision verständlich und überzeugend innerhalb des Projektteams. - Du baust vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu den Stakeholdern im Projekt auf und stellst erreichte Meilensteine und Fortschritte nachvollziehbar dar. - Du zerlegst Epics in kleinere Teile und schreibst User Stories, die für das Entwicklungsteam verständlich sind. - Du übersetzt komplexe Produktanforderungen zum Beispiel aus dem Bereich "Car Analytics" in logische und nachvollziehbare Arbeitspakete. - Du coachst und unterstützt das Entwicklungsteam bei der täglichen Arbeit, indem Du am gesamten Entwicklungsprozess teilnimmst: Scrum-Zeremonien, Architekturdiskussionen, Datenanalyse, Tests, Durchführung von Demos. - Du bist verantwortlich für die Budget-, Kapazitäts - und Ressourcenplanung innerhalb des Projekts. **Das bringst Du mit**: - **Must haves**: 2+ Jahre Berufserfahrung als Product Owner, Projektmanagement, Backlog-Management, Produktvision, Definition von Geschäftsanforderungen, ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Budgetmanagement, tieferes Verständnis von Technologie **Nice to have**: Erste Erfahrungen mit SAFe, Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, Deutschkenntnisse **Über das Unternehmen**: Dann bewirb Dich jetzt mit Deinen vollständigen Bewerbungsunterlagen (Anschreiben, Lebenslauf und Zeugnisse) inklusive frühestmöglichem Eintrittstermin und Deiner Gehaltsvorstellung - idealerweise über unser Onlineportal oder per Mail. **diconium auf einen Blick**: **KUNDEN**: u.a.
