- Assist in advising all business areas on compliance topics
- Document issues related to existing compliance processes
- Play an active role in developing, implementing and monitoring compliance measures (policies, processes, controls, tools)
- Assist in analysing compliance risks and learn about risk management methods
- Prepare communication measures and presentations for various stakeholder groups
- Assist with internal and external audits and investigations

**Qualifications**
- Currently studying economics, law or a comparable degree programme
- Ideally, some initial practical work experience and eager to learn.
- Affinity for processes and IT solutions
- Quickly grasp and understand complex texts
- Proactive, structured and diligent way of working and enjoy working in a team.
- Very good command of written and spoken German and English
