Ihre Aufgaben- Zusammenführung von Technologietrends, Portfolioanalyse und TRUMPF Kernkompetenzen zu einer umfassenden M&A-Strategie inkl. strategischer Rationale und Business Development Hypothesen- Identifikation von Portfoliolücken und Validierung neuer Suchfelder- Deep-Dive von Suchfeldern und Zielunternehmen sowie Überleitung in konkrete M&A Projekte- Durchführung von Workshops und New Business Projekten zusammen mit internen und externen Partnern- Regelmäßige Neudefinition und Anpassung der New Business Strategie und der Suchfelder- Verantwortung über die TRUMPF-weite New Business Deal Pipeline- Managen des externen Ökosystems über TRUMPF hinaus in Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung für Unternehmensstrategie und den Geschäftsbereichen- Sicherstellung eines regelmäßigen Informationsaustausches und Definition von Prozessen, Standards & gemeinsamen Tools, die innerhalb der TRUMPF Business Developer Community eingesetzt werden
Was wir suchen- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Technologiemanagement, Physik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre o.ä.- Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Strategie
- oder Business Development Abteilung eines Industrieunternehmens oder innerhalb einer Strategieberatung- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Geschäftsstrategien, insbesondere über M&A sowie Leitung von strategischen Projekten- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise- Exzellentes Stakeholder-Management, Motivation und Eigeninitiative- Sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
