Aptiv is a leading provider of advanced automotive technology, solutions and services. Advanced Sourcing Team is a very important purchasing department within Aptiv and was established one year ago and has been growing continuously since then. The team acts as strategic sourcing and supports the global product organization in selecting the right partners and achieving the commercial goals for tomorrow's products.

The mentioned products include perception sensors and central vehicle controller which are used for autonomous driving. In this context, the team deals with a diversity of electrical and mechanical components and is deeply involved with semiconductors. In addition to the hardware components, also software suppliers are analyzed by the team.

**Your role**:

- Support of benchmark market analysis for various components
- Transfer of received supplier data to the Advanced Sourcing Sharepoint and maintenance of the data
- Helping with presentation material related to sourcing status and achievements
- Assist in the preparation of analysis sheets for suppliers
- Support with the design of templates
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings with suppliers

**Your background**:

- Student enrolled in Germany
- Technical background (Electrical or Mechanical)
- Independent and structured working method
- High willingness to learn, strong commitment and flexibility
- Team player willing to collaborate with international colleagues
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
