**Your tasks**
- Contact and support for international and national Naturland aquaculture operations
- Pre-evaluation and conversion support, quality visits und training courses
- Development of quality assurance measures
- Political work and representation of Naturland in various committees
- Prepare and conduct trainings / seminars / workshops
- Develop innovative solutions and sustainable concepts
- Implementation of aquaculture/fishery projects
**Your Profil**
- Several years of professional experience in aquaculture and/or fishery
- Specialized studies or a comparable qualification, e.g. as a fish technician
- Knowledge and experience in quality assurance and certification for the areas of organic aquaculture are desired
- Independent and self-reliant action as well as a careful and goal-oriented way of working
- Excellent knowledge of English, good knowledge of German and other languages desirable
- Ability to work in a team, organizational skills, decisiveness and reliability
- Willingness to travel
