**Your Role:
As a Working Student within the R&D Controlling team of the Healthcare Controlling organization, you will work in an international and cross-functional environment. You will have the opportunity to gain firsthand experience in R&D Controlling in a global pharmaceutical company handling your own work packages and projects, as well as supporting the team in varying daily tasks.

Tasks include further development of visually appealing and effective reports and dashboards, support of monthly and quarterly reporting & forecasting processes, financial analysis & modelling, as well as assisting the team with preparation of financial presentations.

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours, allowing you to balance your academic commitments with work responsibilities. The duration of the working student position is typically 9 to 18 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

**Who you are:
- Current Bachelor or Master student of Information Technology, Economics, Business administration, Industrial Engineering, or any other related field
- Confident in using Business Intelligence Tools, Excel, other MS Office (Experience with Power BI and/or Programming would be a plus)
- First relevant work experience (internships, student jobs), ideally in data management, controlling and/or finance/accounting
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Eager to learn and enjoy working in a team
- Proactive and hands-on approach to challenges and getting-things-done attitude Fluency in English (German would be a plus)
