Jr. Payroll

As a Jr. Payments & Administrative Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing payment processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and supporting overall operational efficiency. You will collaborate with various teams, utilize payment platforms and tools, and maintain comprehensive payment records.
**Responsibilities**:
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, including commissions, disbursements, and bonuses
- Validate payment details, resolve discrepancies
- Maintain detailed documentation of payment records and ensure data integrity
- Administer and manage commission and compensation structures
- Provide support and guidance to team members regarding commission calculations and inquiries
- Facilitate brand and talent payment processes, including invoice generation and tracking
- Coordinate with relevant teams to set up monthly campaign invoices using accounting software
- Track payment statuses and address payment-related inquiries promptly
- Assist with administrative tasks, including agreements and general operational support
- Maintain accurate records of payment-related activities and assist with accounting tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in payment processing, financial operations, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of payment platforms and accounting software (e.g. Wise, QuickBooks)
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
