In order to support the growth of the company we are searching for an OLED Engineer.
Aufgaben
- Your field is the design, execution and results evaluation of experiments to optimize OLED parameters
- You are responsible to operate of OLED scientific equipment
- You are responsible for optimizing existing equipment and machinery used in our pilot RnD line
- You will identify issues and challenges in the process and develop solutions how to counter those issues
Qualifikation
- You have at least 2 years of experience in OLED Scientific or Industrial environment
- Ideally, you have scaled up and automated OLED production processes in the past and know common challenges and solutions to it
- Ideally, you have proven experience in the industrial equipment, machinery and/or production of Ink-Jet printed OLED lighting or displays
- Experience in designing, procuring and maintaining equipment and machinery
- Experience in High-Vacuum equipment and inert gas environment, PVD processes, Ink-Jet processes, Lamination processes
- Ability to dive into leading-edge and highly innovative technology and manufacturing processes
- Experience in identifying critical parameters from OLED data
- Self-motivated and creative/innovative
- Data-driven with strong documentation, data analysis, reporting, and communication skills
- Good organization and time management skills
- Strong team player
