Unterstützen Sie unseren Kunden als Project Expert Data and Application Management (m/w/d) 70% Teilzeit
Das ist zukünftig Ihr Job
- In dieser Position planen und koordinieren Sie Projekte, die Sie eigenständig oder in der Gruppe umsetzen
- Weiterhin stehen Sie bei Projekten, die Sie nicht leiten, der Projektleitung als kompetenter Projektmanager (Projektplanung, Terminkoordination, Organisation von Workshops etc.) zur Verfügung
- Sie sind vertraut mit den Inhalten und der Datenablage und stehen dahingehend Partnern aber auch den Datenschutzbeauftragten als kompetenter Ansprechperson zur Verfügung
- Zusätzlich unterstützen Sie das Team bei Datenbankabfragen und im Datenqualitätsmanagement
- Sie koordinieren den Budgetprozess (Budgetübersicht, POs, Rückstellungen) gemeinsam mit Controlling und dem Head of
- Sie sind Ansprechperson für externe Dienstleister und deren Mitarbeitende zur Unterstützung in Projekten
- Sie verantworten den Leistungs
- und Abrechnungsprozess der Partnerfirmen

- Gehaltsspanne ~54.000€ Jahresbrutto

Das bringen Sie mit
- Studienabschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre/ Volkswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Gesundheitswissenschaften (z. B. Pharmazie, Medizin oder Biologie) oder entsprechende Arbeitserfahrung
- Erfahrung in der Pharmaindustrie oder verwandten Industrien wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägte Kompetenzen im Projektmanagement (Methodik für Projektinitiierung, -durchführung und -abschluss und Erfahrung in der Führung von Projektteams)
- Solide Erfahrung in Prozessmanagement, Anwendungsmanagement, Datenmanagement, Change Request Management, Release-Management, Testmanagement und Vendor-Management
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
