Team Lead Customer Success Managment

**Your Role**
As a part of the Customer Success Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of Customer Success plans and programs are realized. You will achieve this by recruiting, coaching and growing a high-performing CSM team, but also with successful planning and responsibility distribution within the team.
Customer Success Manager will be your main reporting line and sparing partner, where the main expectation will be to ensure that the contractually agreed services are delivered for defined global and local accounts. End-to-end holistic delivery of the agreed operational service for key strategic customers, managing the customer interface on all elements of the operational contract across internal functions, processes, and people, will be your main operational tasks, which will define your success in the role.
**Your Profile**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in leading a Customer Success Team or Customer Support
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a data center sector or telecommunication, 5+ years’ experience in an international environment and in dealing with international customers
- Fluent in German and English
- Expert in Customer Support, CRM, Service Management or equivalent
- Expert know-how in working within defined KPI´s and schedules
- Expert in contract and SLA management, Service Improvement and Process Management
- Excellent people management skills
- Excellent organizational management skills (ability to manage competing priorities and quickly pivot as required by the organization)
- Strong customer and service orientation and ability to work independently to create an outstanding customer experience
